Pricing FAQ
How is a seat defined?
One seat = one named user. Each person who actively uses the web part for search or bulk operations needs their own seat. SharePoint Administrators who only deploy or configure the web part do not need a seat.
Can I add or remove seats later?
Yes. You can add or remove seats at any time from the licensing panel inside the web part. You can also upgrade from monthly to annual. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing. Your SharePoint data is always yours and lives in your Microsoft 365 tenant. Cancelling the subscription simply deactivates the web part's search functionality.
Does AppSource handle billing?
No. SP Bulk Search is listed on AppSource for easy discovery and installation into your SharePoint tenant, but all subscriptions are purchased directly through the licensing panel inside the web part. There is no Microsoft-managed billing — payment is processed via Stripe.
Do you offer volume discounts or MSP pricing?
