How does licensing work?
SP Toolkit is licensed per tenant. The Annual subscription is $3,995/year and includes every feature with no migration limits. For a one-off project, the $1,495 Migration Pass gives you 90 days of full access with no subscription. For MSP volumes or Enterprise terms, contact sales.
Do you offer other billing terms?

How does SP Toolkit compare to ShareGate?

Is my data secure?
Absolutely. SP Toolkit runs as a SharePoint web part — all migration processing happens in your browser and your SharePoint content never leaves Microsoft 365. The only external call is licence validation, which sends your tenant ID and aggregate usage counts to a secure Azure Function. No list names, item data, or documents are ever transmitted.

Professional licenses include email support with typical response times within 24 hours. We also provide comprehensive documentation and a knowledge base. Enterprise customers receive priority support and a dedicated account manager.
