Structure-aware migration
Creates list shells, adds custom fields, resolves lookup fixups and migrates views in dependency order. Content types and taxonomy terms come along automatically.
Version history preserved
Every historical version replayed on the target library through check-in cycles. Keep all versions, latest only, or trim to the last N — your choice.
Original authors retained
Cross-tenant author identity is preserved as an audit trail in each version's check-in comment (the technical limit browsers hit for full impersonation). Modified-by on replayed versions is the running user.
Lookups remapped automatically
Target IDs are captured after the site is rebuilt, then every lookup field on every migrated item is rewritten to point at the correct target row. No manual ID mapping.
Rollback + full execution history
Every run is auditable. The rollback service tracks migrated items; the history service keeps a full record. Undo a bad run in one click.
Scheduled overnight runs
Kick off migrations after hours, with webhook notifications to Teams or Slack when they finish. Great for weekend cutovers.
How it works

Authenticate to source and target using your Azure AD credentials + a lightweight app registration in the source tenant.
2. Pick source lists
Wizard shows every list on the source site with item counts. Dependency review flags lookups, content types and users referenced across lists.
3. Configure & preview
Field mapping, data transform rules, lookup targets, version modes. Preview shows exactly what will run before you commit.
4. Migrate, track, rollback if needed
Live progress per list. Adaptive throttle handling. Full audit trail. Rollback available on any run.
