What it does

Every list on a site, with fields, content types, dependencies, item counts and storage. Empty-list and stale-list filters (default 12-month stale threshold).
External guest inventory
Every external user on the site, with domain classification (in-org vs external), site admin flag, principal type, and full CSV export.
List permission audit
Broken-inheritance detection across every list. Role assignments per principal. External guests per list. CSV export for review or ticketing.
Version trimming with preview
Keep the last N major and minor versions per item, or trim anything older than X months. Preview mode counts what would be removed without deleting.
Duplicate detection & cleanup
Group items by any column, review duplicates in preview, remove the surplus. Never touches the current version of a document.
Cancellable, throttle-aware
Every long-running operation supports cancellation. retryOnThrottle handles 429/503 automatically. Safe to run on production estates during business hours.
