What it does

One import surface for every source your team already uses — no third-party ETL, no PowerShell scripts.

Nine sources, one pipeline

CSV, TSV, Excel (any sheet), JSON, folder trees, ZIP archives, single documents, OneDrive files, OneDrive folders, whole OneDrive user drives, and Google Sheets. All share the same downstream mapping and preview.

Adaptive throttle control

SharePoint throttles under load — every large tenant hits it. The upload governor watches for 429s and Retry-After signals, halves the worker pool automatically when throttling clusters, then ramps back after a 50-success streak. No operator tuning, no failed runs from SPO backing off.

Auto-batching — no cap on total run size

Oversized selections split automatically into 15 GB batches (adjustable). Batches 2+ skip existing files, so an overnight run resumes cleanly after any interruption. Real-world: 29 GB moved in under 2 hours from a local folder — total run size is only bounded by how long you leave the browser open.

Field mapping with preview & type coercion

See mapped rows before you write. Configure date formats, empty-string handling and conflict behaviour. Round-trip detection when the file is an SP Toolkit export.

Four import modes

Insert, Update, Upsert, Delete. Update/Upsert lookups match by any column you pick, not just ID. Perfect for keeping a SharePoint list synced with an external system.

OneDrive Migration Projects

Save a project for each departing user's OneDrive. Run a baseline copy, then delta-syncs, then a retry pass — all from a dashboard. Resumable, cap-aware, session-scoped.

How it works

1. Pick a source

CSV / Excel / JSON, folder, ZIP, single document, OneDrive, or Google Sheets. Presets available for common workflows (Consolidation, Offboarding, Transfer).

2. Choose target list or library

Existing target, or auto-create a list from your data with inferred column types.

3. Map fields & preview

Only for tabular sources. Folder / ZIP / single-doc uploads skip straight to the target step.

4. Execute & track

Live per-file activity feed, pause / resume / cancel controls, downloadable report at the end.
